Hey there Very Happy

Here you find all stuff I'm working on right now, and my finished works

WiP Models:

A Currently untextured version of the gates in the first boss room kirito and the party encounter in episode 2! 1082 Tris.

It is a bit hard to show coding stuff ^^, but I try to show by posting some testing output Smile

Actually usually you start with a base model, then once your happy with it plus the UV maps you can sculpt out some detail to bake texture maps. The way your doing it is backwards because your 'losing' detail. But hey, do whatever makes you comfortable, as long as the final product is game worthy Wink

You usually retopologize the sculped model, for the mirror modifier ... its a lil bit broken if i go with the start model to sculpting i now figured out i need to cut it in a half, then go to sculpting tool and start sculpting ^^

It isn't a bad start, but you shouldn't be 'sculpting' a monster, you should model it. I guess this model have now an enormous amount of faces. It's also a matter of topology, because with that model you may not be able to animate it properly.
Also, try to use a mirror modifier. It's not really obligated since it's a monster, and monster can be weird, but it may be easier to rig later on.
